How does the dumpster rental process work?
You can call, email, or order online to schedule a dumpster rental. If you are not going to be home during the drop-off, we ask that you provide notes or an email with the approximate area of where you would like the dumpster dropped off. Then you fill the dumpster, and we will pick it up on the scheduled date, unless you contact us to arrange early or later pickup.
Can I put paint in my rental dumpster?
No. Unfortunately, liquid paint is considered a prohibited item and cannot be placed in the dumpster.

How much can I put in one of your dumpsters?
Our dumpsters come in various sizes, ranging from extra small to extra large. The size of the dumpster determines the amount of waste it can hold. Here are the sizes and their corresponding capacities:
– Extra Small (6 Cubic Yards): Up to 1/2 ton of trash – Small (10 Cubic Yards): Up to 1 ton – Medium (15 Cubic Yards): Up to 2 tons – Large (20 Cubic Yards): Up to 3 tons

How long can I keep the rented dumpster?
The standard rental period is 10 days, additional days are available for $15 per day.

Are there any prohibited items that I cannot throw away?
Prohibited items include: Oils, Chemicals, Liquid paint, Gasoline, Hazardous waste, Ammunition, Explosives, Fireworks, Compressed gas cylinders, and Oil tanks. If you have a question on whether an item can or cannot be put in a dumpster, please call or email us.
How do you handle hazardous waste?
Hazardous waste is NOT ALLOWED in dumpsters. Please call an environmental cleanup provider.

- Try to maintain an even weight when loading the dumpster, do not load all heavy items to one side.

What happens if the dumpster gets full before I finish my project?
Please call us if you need an additional dumpster. Dumpster cannot be overfilled due to NYS highway regulations.
